Every organization must have structure to operate efficiently. The MEIA OF NJ is no different. By structure, we mean the framework around which the group is organized. It's the operating manual that tells members how the organization is put together and how it works. More specifically, structure describes how members are accepted, how leadership is chosen, and how decisions are made. 

Our by-laws were established years ago and went under a major renovation in 2011 under the scrutiny of then committee chair Ed Reed. They are reviewed by a committee each year to see if any items need to be updated.
